Chilli and Lemon Seasoning
Meat and poultry work particularly well with Chilli & Lemon Seasoning which
contains all the ingredients for a flavourful dish including paprika, chilli and
coriander.

Take 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and pierce all over the surface of
the meat with a fork. Then massage two tablespoons of Chilli & Lemon
Seasoning into the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours (or as required)
until cooked. Then apply another tablespoon of the Chilli and Lemon Seasoning
to the chicken pieces before placing under a grill or on top of a barbecue.
Make sure the chicken is cooked through. Serve hot with a cucumber raita.
