Chicken Mix (fried)
If you fancy making Southern Fried Chicken at home, Chicken Mix is the blend
to go for. All you have to do is coat the chicken pieces with a beaten egg then
smother them with Chicken Mix coating the chicken pieces completely. Deep fry
them in a deep fat fryer until golden brown and crisp. And serve with a green
salad, onion rings and fries. It’s lipsmacking good!
Ingredients: Wheatflour, Salt, Flavour Enhancer E621, Celery, Spice Extracts,
Black Pepper, Mace, White Pepper, Onion, Mustard, Herbs, Rusk (Wheatflour,
Salt, Raising Agent E503ii)
