SPICY TEA - MASALA CHAI

Ingredients:
1 tsp Rajah Fennel Seeds; 2 Rajah Green Cardamoms;
5cm/2.5 piece Rajah Cassia Bark or cinnamon; 2 Rajah Cloves;
2 tsp tea leaves; 4 tsp sugar (optional); 250ml milk

To prepare:
Boil 500ml water in a saucepan. Add the fennel seeds,
cardamoms, cassia bark or cinnamon and cloves
and continue boiling for 2 minutes.

Add the tea leaves and sugar, if using, and simmer for
1 minute more.

Pour the milk and heat the mixture for 2 minutes.
