Tikka Curry Paste
Rajah Tikka Curry Paste is a popular curry paste from Rajah that can be
added into curry sauces to give extra flavour. It makes a great basis for
dishes such as Chicken Tikka Masala or Butter Chicken. Marinate boneless
chicken pieces in 2 tablespoons of the curry paste with 1 finely chopped
green chilli and 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt to make a flavourful recipe
of skewered chicken tikka.
