Tandoori Curry Paste
This paste is indispensable when it comes to making that Northern Indian
favourite Tandoori Chicken. Get the flavour of clay oven traditional cooking by
marinating chicken pieces with the Tandoori Paste which can be mixed with a
little oil, cream, natural yogurt and lemon juice. Place the chicken covered in
the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Then bake in the oven, turning and basting
occasionally until cooked. The chicken can also be grilled.

Ingredients: Water, Salt, Vegetable Oil (Rape Seed Oil, Cotton Seed Oil),
Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Lentils, Garlic, Ginger, Acetic Acid, Turmeric, Aniseed,
Fenugreek, Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Colour: E172
