Rajah Kashmiri Masala Paste is a northern blend of spices which opens your
culinary repertoire to Wazwan style cuisine. The cooking uses nuts and dried
fruits such as raisins to add a sweet and spicy feel to the dishes. Once you’ve
fried your onions till golden brown, tip in the paste and tomatoes followed by
your meat, chicken or vegetables and cook till the meat or vegetables are done.
